In the Original article entitled “Association between atrial fibrillation and cognitive performance in older individuals” published in the June 2025 issue (Rewiuk K, Piotrowicz K, Stokwiszewski J, et al. Pol Arch Intern Med. 2025; 135: 17004. doi:10.20452/pamw.17004), another affiliation should have been added for Beata Średniawa and Zbigniew Kalarus. Affiliation No. 3, “Department of Cardiology, Silesian Center for Heart Diseases, Zabrze, Poland” should have been preceded by the affiliation “Department of Cardiology and Electrotherapy, Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland,” and thus renumbered as affiliation No. 4. The affiliations originally numbered 4–6 should have been renumbered accordingly as 5–7.
